500,000 Masks goal: Gov. Akeredolu visits Production Centre, expresses satisfaction

The Executive Governor of Ondo State, Chief Rotimi Akeredolu has expressed great satisfaction on the standard of Masks being produce at the Production Centre.

This followed a visit of the governor to get a first hand assessment of production at the Centre in Akure on Tuesday, 28th April, 2020.

The governor on levels of progress made so far commended the State Committee on Production of Nose Masks (SCPNM) and the Tailors Association expressed satisfaction and commended them for keeping to the global standard.

According to the governor;

“I visited our nose mask operation in Akure. Good to see them working fast to meet the 500,000 masks goal ahead of schedule. Kudos to the tailors association for meeting up to the challenge.”

The governor also use the opportunity to ask all residents of Ondo State to adhere to the wearing of Face Mask and other preventive measures already given by relevant agencies.
