Salihu Tanko Yakasai, an Aide of the Kano State governor, Alhaji Umar Ganduje, who was just recalled from suspension for his critical views on President Muhammadu Buhari, has once again come hard in the President for his failure to addressing the insecurity ravaging the country.
According to Mr. Yakasai, who reacted to the killings in Zamfara State where several persons were murdered by bandits;
“The rate at which lives are lost with no end in sight is heartbreakingly devastating. The primary and number(one) responsibility of any government is safeguarding lives and properties, without this, consider yourself a failure.”
In recent times, issues of insecurity has remained in the forefront of the many problems in the country. Mr. Yakasai believed, the government should brace up to the challenge of securing lives and properties of Nigerians.
