MSME Survival Fund: CAC records 100,000 free Business Names Registration

The Federal Government has announced that over 100,000 New Business Names have been registered in the MSME Survival Fund project.

In a statement on Wednesday, the government said;

“Pleased to announce that we have hit a milestone of 100,000 Business Names registered free of charge by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as part of the Survival Fund scheme.

“Registering these existing and new businesses brings them into the formal economy, with benefits for the Govt and the businesses.”

The Federal Government had last year announced the CAC Business Name Formalisation Scheme for 250,000 new businesses, and all other schemes under the MSME Survival Fund, which was ABSOLUTELY FREE.
